SUPPLEMENTING THE LIST OF CHEMICALS AND ANTIBIOTICS PROHIBITED FOR IMPORTATION, PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION, AND USE IN ANIMAL FEED IN VIETNAM

Pursuant toDecree No. 199/2013/ND-CPdated November 26, 2013 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;uquyền hạn vàorganization structureof the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 08/2010/NĐP dated February 5, 2010 of the Government on management of animal feed;ýanimal feed;

At the proposal of the Director of the Livestock Production Department,

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgates this Circular supplementing chemicals and antibiotics prohibited for importation, production, distribution, and use in animal feed for livestock and poultry in Vietnam.mucture|

Article 1.Cysteamine is added to the list of chemicals and antibiotics prohibited for importation, production, distribution, and use in animal feed for livestock and poultry in Vietnam.

Article 2.This Circular takes effect from March 1, 2017.01 tháng 3 năm 2017.

Article 3.The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Livestock Production Department, Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development under central cities and provinces, Heads of units under the Ministry, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
