Issuing the List of machinery, equipment, materials, supplies, spare parts, components, and accessories for import to serve printing and minting activities

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam dated June 16, 2010;

Pursuant to Decree No. 156/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2013, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;

Pursuant to Decree No. 18/2021/NĐ-CP dated March 11, 2021, amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 134/2016/NĐ-CP dated September 1, 2016, promulgating detailed regulations on certain provisions and implementation measures of the Law on Export Tax and Import Tax;

At the proposal of the Director of the Issuance and Treasury Department;

The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam issues this Circular to issue the List of machinery, equipment, materials, supplies, spare parts, components, and accessories for import to serve printing and minting activities of the State Bank of Vietnam.

Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the List of machinery, equipment, materials, supplies, spare parts, components, and accessories for import to serve printing and minting activities of the State Bank of Vietnam.

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect from March 23, 2017.

Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation

The Head of the Office, the Director of the Currency Issuance and Treasury Department, the Heads of units under the State Bank of Vietnam; the Chairmen of the Management Boards, the Chairmen of the Members' Councils, the General Directors (Directors) of printing and minting facilities are responsible for organizing the implementation of this Circular./.
