DECREE

Charter on organization and operation

of the Northern Food Corporation

 Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;

Pursuant to the Investment Law dated November 26, 2014;

Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 26, 2014;

Pursuant to the Law on Management and Use of State Capital for Investment in Production and Business at Enterprises dated November 26, 2014;

At the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development;

The Government promulgates the Charter on organization and operation of the Northern Food Corporation.

Article 1. Attached to this Decree is the Charter on organization and operation of the Northern Food Corporation.

Article 2. This Decree takes effect from the date of issuance and replaces Decree No. 12/2014/NĐ-CP dated February 25, 2014 of the Government on the Charter on organization and operation of the Northern Food Corporation.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under central cities, Members of the Board of Directors, General Director of the Northern Food Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
