CIRCULAR

Issuing regulations on Economic and Technical Standards for Radar-based Coastal Wave and Current Monitoring Stations

Pursuant to the Law on Marine Resources, Environment, Islands and Coastal Areas dated June 25, 2015;

Pursuant to Decree No. 40/2016/NĐ-CP of June 15, 2016 promulgated by the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Marine Resources, Environment, Islands and Coastal Areas;

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2017/NĐ-CP of April 4, 2017 promulgated by the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

At the proposal of the Director General of Vietnam Marine and Island Administration, the Head of Planning and Finance Department, and the Head of Legal Affairs Department;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular on Economic and Technical Standards for Radar-based Coastal Wave and Current Monitoring Stations.

Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates "Economic and Technical Standards for Radar-based Coastal Wave and Current Monitoring Stations" attached hereto.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from March 26, 2018.

Article 3. During the implementation of these economic and technical standards, any difficulties or unreasonable issues should be reported to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for timely consolidation and adjustment.

Article 4. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial people's committees under central cities, heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
