Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated June 19, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Administration dated November 22, 2019;
Pursuant to the Law on Statistics dated November 23, 2015;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 94/2016/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2016 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Statistics;
Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2017/ND-CP dated July 19, 2017 of the Government stipulating the structure, tasks, and powers of centralized statistical systems and sectoral statistics; The Prime Minister issues this Decision on the issuance of the List of Export and Import Services of Vietnam.
At the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment;
The List of Export and Import Services of Vietnam shall be uniformly applied in state statistical activities.
Article 1. Scope of Regulation
The subjects to which this Decision applies are agencies, organizations, and individuals related to the statistical work of export and import services as prescribed by the Statistics Law 2015.
Article 2. Applicability
Article 3. Issued together with this Decision is the List and Content of the List of Export and Import Services of Vietnam
Issued together with this Decision is the List and Content of the List of Export and Import Services of Vietnam.
1. The List of Export and Import Services of Vietnam consists of five levels (Annex I):
Level 1 sectors include 12 services coded with two digits from 01 to 12;
Level 2 sectors include 45 services coded with four digits according to corresponding Level 1 services;
Level 3 sectors include 95 services coded with five digits according to corresponding Level 2 services;
Level 4 sectors include 136 services coded with six digits according to corresponding Level 3 services;
Level 5 sectors include 168 services coded with seven digits according to corresponding Level 4 services;
2. The Content of the List of Export and Import Services of Vietnam provides clear explanations of export and import services including definitions, identification of export and import service activities, services within the scope, and those not within the scope of export and import service statistics (Annex II).
1. This Decision takes effect from March 1, 2021.
Article 4. Effective date
2. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally-administered city People's Committees, and relevant agencies and organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
2. The Minister, Head of a ministerial-level agency, Head of an agency under the Government, Chairman of the People's Committee of a province or centrally governed city, and relevant agencies and organizations shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
