Pursuant to the guidance of the Department's leadership, on February 6, 2004, the Database Center held a meeting to protect the 2004 plan. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Department's leadership concluded on the contents of work agreed to implement and those requiring further consideration. Therefore, the Database Center hereby submits to the Department's leadership the work plan and budget estimate for 2004 as follows (attached detailed version):
