RESOLUTION
Confirming the status of members of the tenth National Assembly

Pursuant to Article 89 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam 1992;
Pursuant to Article 69 of the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly dated April 15, 1992;
Pursuant to Article 70 of the Law on the Election of National Assembly Deputies No. 01/1997-QH9;
Following the report of the Election Council on the results of the election of National Assembly deputies of the tenth term on July 20, 1997;
Following the presentation of the Credentials Committee's report on the credentials of National Assembly deputies;
RESOLUTION:
Confirming the status of National Assembly deputies of 450 persons who have been announced as elected by the Election Council in the election held on July 20, 1997, according to the Minutes of the election summary meeting on July 27, 1997 of the Election Council.
This Resolution was adopted by the tenth National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its first session on September 22, 1997./.
