DECREE-LAW
OF THE PRESIDENTOF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NO. 1-SL JANUARY 1, 1950
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM HO CHI MINH
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 2-SL dated February 1, 1949 establishing the College of Engineering;
At the request of the Minister of Public Works and Communications;
In accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1. The President appoints Mr. Dang Phuc Thong, Deputy Minister of Public Works and Communications, concurrently as Director of the College of Engineering.
Article 2. The Ministers of Public Works and Communications and National Education shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
