RESOLUTION
NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE
Pursuant to Article 79 of the National Assembly Organization Law.
At the proposal of the Chairman of the National Assembly Office and the State Council, Term VIII;
RESOLUTION:
Article 1. The National Assembly Office and the State Council shall be renamed the National Assembly Office to continue performing the functions and tasks of the agency assisting the National Assembly, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, the National Assembly's Ethnic Council, and the National Assembly's Committees for the Ninth Term.
Article 2. Comrade Vu Mao, member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, concurrently holds the position of Chairman of the National Assembly Office, is responsible for drafting the organizational restructuring plan for the National Assembly's support staff, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, the National Assembly's Ethnic Council, and the National Assembly's Committees to be submitted to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly for consideration and decision.
