DECISION
Regarding the issuance of toll rates for the use of National Highway 1A
at the Song Phan Toll Station Km 1725 + 250 in Binh Thuan Province

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Pursuant to Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the state budget;
After receiving the opinion of the Ministry of Transport (document number 3813/BGTVT-TCKT dated November 10, 2000);
At the proposal of the Director General of the Tax General Department.
DECISION:
Article 1: Attached to this Decision is the Schedule of toll rates for the use of National Highway 1A at the Song Phan Toll Station Km 1725+250 in Binh Thuan Province.
The toll rates stipulated herein apply to the entities responsible for collection and payment as prescribed in Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the system of road bridge tolls managed by the State, Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance, and Circular No. 05/1999/BTC dated January 13, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 3, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998.
Article 2: The entity collecting tolls for National Highway 1A at the Song Phan Toll Station Km 1725 + 250 in Binh Thuan Province shall implement the collection, payment, and management of toll revenues according to the provisions of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the system of road bridge tolls managed by the State.
Article 3: This Decision takes effect from February 1, 2001. All previous regulations on toll rates that conflict with the provisions of this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 4: Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of tolls for National Highway 1A Km 1725+250 in Binh Thuan Province, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
