CIRCULAR
Repeal Point 4, Section III of Circular No. 21/LDTBXH-TT dated October 12, 1996 issued by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs
Implementing Decree No. 198/CP dated December 31, 1994 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain Articles of the Labor Code on labor contracts; implementing the protest of the Supreme People's Procuracy at Official Letter No. 97/VKSNDTC-KSVTTPL dated September 26, 2000, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs hereby guides as follows:

1- Repeal Point 4, Section III of Circular No. 21/LDTBXH-TT dated October 12, 1996 issued by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs guiding the implementation of certain provisions of Decree No. 198/CP dated December 31, 1994 of the Government.
2- This Circular takes effect from the date of signature.
During the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, please promptly report to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution./.
