RESOLUTION
Regarding the transfer of Hon Gai Mechanical Plant to become a subsidiary accounting unit of Nui Beo Coal Company
dependent on the Nui Beo Coal Company
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to Circular No. 1189/CP-ĐMDN dated December 31, 2001 of the Prime Minister approving the plan for restructuring production of some member units of Vietnam National Coal Corporation;
In accordance with the proposal of the Board of Directors of Vietnam National Coal Corporation (Circular No. 2501/CV-HĐQT dated October 10, 2001) and the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department;
DECISION:
Article 1. Transfer Hon Gai Mechanical Plant, an independent accounting unit of Vietnam National Coal Corporation, to become a subsidiary accounting unit of Nui Beo Coal Company, an independent accounting unit of Vietnam National Coal Corporation.
Article 2. The General Director of Vietnam National Coal Corporation is responsible for organizing the transfer in accordance with current regulations of the State and the Charter of Vietnam National Coal Corporation.
The figures for the transfer shall be calculated at the end of December 31, 2001 and consolidated in the financial report of Nui Beo Coal Company for the year 2001.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous documents that conflict with this Decision shall be abolished.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General, the Heads of Departments, the Directors of Bureaus, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the General Director of Vietnam National Coal Corporation, the Director of Hon Gai Mechanical Plant, and the Director of Nui Beo Coal Company are responsible for implementing this Decision.
