Regarding the establishment of the Department of Organization and Cadre Training under the State Audit Agency

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 70/CP dated July 11, 1994 of the Government on the establishment of the State Audit Agency;
At the proposal of the Chief State Auditor and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Committee of the Government,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Department of Organization and Cadre Training under the State Audit Agency is hereby established.
Article 2. The Chief State Auditor shall specify the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Department of Organization and Cadre Training.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect 15 days after the date of signing. All previous provisions contrary to this Decision are abolished.
The Chief State Auditor and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Committee of the Government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
