DECISION
Regarding the establishment of the Nha Be Weather Radar Station
MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the request of the Director of the National Hydro-Meteorological Center, the Head of the Meteorology and Hydrology Department, and the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Nha Be Weather Radar Station under the Southern Region Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting Station of the National Hydro-Meteorological Center shall be established.
Location of the Station: Ap 3, Long Thoi Commune, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City, coordinates: 10039'31" North Latitude and 106043'42" East Longitude.
The Station will commence data collection at 00:00 on May 1, 2005.
Article 2. The tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Nha Be Weather Radar Station shall be defined by the Director of the National Hydro-Meteorological Center.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chief of the Ministry's Office, Heads of the Meteorology and Hydrology Department, Planning and Finance Department, Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, and the Director of the National Hydro-Meteorological Center are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
