DECREE

Regarding the issuance of the new urban area regulation

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

At the proposal of the Minister of Construction,

DECREE:

Article 1. The new urban area regulation is issued together with this Decree. All previous regulations concerning new urban areas that conflict with this Decree are hereby abolished.

Article 2. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Ministry of Construction shall be responsible for guiding, monitoring, and inspecting the implementation of this Decree, and annually compiling the situation to report to the Prime Minister.

Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally governed city People's Committees, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for enforcing this Decree./.
