THE MINISTER OF POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 90/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;
Considering the proposal of Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Corporation at Circular No. 6723/TCCB-LD dated October 14, 2005 regarding the project to upgrade the Mountain Postal Worker Training School to a Secondary Specialized School and based on the agreement of the Ministry of Education and Training at Circular No. 11749/BGD&DT-TCCB dated December 21, 2005 concerning the establishment of the Mountain Post and Telecommunications and Information Technology Secondary School;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Mountain Post and Telecommunications and Information Technology Secondary School based on the Mountain Postal Worker Training School.
Article 2. The Mountain Post and Telecommunications and Information Technology Secondary School shall have the following tasks:
- Training and developing staff with secondary specialized school level qualifications and lower levels in the fields of Posts, Telecommunications, and Information Technology. - Conducting scientific research to serve economic and social development needs.
Article 3. The Mountain Post and Telecommunications and Information Technology Secondary School shall be under the Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Corporation, subject to state management in education by the Ministry of Education and Training; it operates according to the Charter of the Secondary Specialized School issued by Decision No. 24/2000/QD-BGD&DT dated July 11, 2000 of the Minister of Education and Training; the School has legal personality, its own seal and separate account, and its headquarters is located in Thai Nguyen City, Thai Nguyen Province.
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 5. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department; General Director of Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Corporation; Heads of related units and Principal of the Mountain Postal Worker Training School are responsible for implementing this Decision.
