Approving the Regulation on Organization and Operation of the Vietnam-Hungary College of Industry

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decision No. 56/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated December 10, 2003 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Charter of Colleges;
Considering the proposal of the Rector of the Vietnam-Hungary College of Industry at Report No. 393/TTr-VH dated October 27, 2005;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres.
Pursuant to …;
Article 1. Approving the attached Regulation on Organization and Operation of the Vietnam-Hungary College of Industry with this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Head of the Office of the Ministry, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry, and the Rector of the Vietnam-Hungary College of Industry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
