BASED ON THE EDUCATION LAW dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 85/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
BASED ON THE DIRECTIVE NO. 38/2004/CT-TTG dated November 9, 2004 of the Prime Minister on accelerating the training and development of minority languages for cadres and civil servants working in ethnic and mountainous regions;
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONCLUSION OF THE REVIEW BOARD ON THE FRAMEWORK TRAINING PROGRAM FOR TEACHERS OF MINORITY LANGUAGES (WITH WRITTEN SCRIPT) dated October 13, 2005;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF LIFELONG EDUCATION,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO THE FRAMEWORK TRAINING PROGRAM FOR TEACHERS OF MINORITY LANGUAGES (WITH WRITTEN SCRIPT) WITH THIS DECISION.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE. THE FRAMEWORK PROGRAM ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION SHALL SERVE AS THE BASIS FOR COMPILE SPECIFIC PROGRAMS, MATERIALS, AND TEXTBOOKS USED IN TRAINING TEACHERS OF MINORITY LANGUAGES (WITH WRITTEN SCRIPT).
Article 3. THE CHAIRMEN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF THE PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, THE HEADS OF THE OFFICES, THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF LIFELONG EDUCATION, THE HEADS OF THE UNITS RELATED TO THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, AND THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
