ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE USE OF SELF-AUDIT FORMS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF LABOR LAWS

THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
WHEREAS, the Labor Code dated June 23, 1994, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Labor Code dated April 12, 2002;
WHEREAS, the Inspection Law dated June 24, 2004;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - Social Affairs and War Invalids;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Inspector General of the Ministry,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached to this Decision is the "Regulation on the Use of Self-Audit Forms for Implementation of Labor Laws."
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Directors of the Departments of Labor - Social Affairs and War Invalids of the provinces and centrally-administered cities, the Heads of units and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
