Regarding the issuance of the Regulation on awarding the Commemorative Medal "For the Trade Industry"

THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Commerce;
Pursuant to the Law on Encouragement of Competition and Reward number 15/2003/QH11, dated November 26, 2003;
At the proposal of the Standing Committee for Encouragement of Competition and Reward of the Ministry,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates the Regulation on awarding the Commemorative Medal "For the Trade Industry".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision number 0816/QĐ-BTM, dated August 1, 2001 of the Minister of Trade on the issuance of the Regulation on awarding the Medal "For the Trade Industry".
Article 3. The Chairman of the Ministry's Encouragement of Competition and Reward Council, the Director of the Ministry's Office, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Trade, Departments of Trade and Tourism of centrally governed cities and provinces, and the Standing Committee for Encouragement of Competition and Reward of the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
