Pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 160/2005/ND-CP OF DECEMBER 27, 2005 ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MINERAL LAW AND THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE MINERAL LAW.
AT THE SUGGESTION OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE OF THE MINERAL RESERVE EVALUATION COUNCIL AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON DOCUMENTS AND PROCEDURES FOR TEMPORARY CRITERIA RECOGNITION FOR SOLID MINERAL RESERVES CALCULATION.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE OF THE MINERAL RESERVE EVALUATION COUNCIL, THE HEADS OF RELATED UNITS, ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ENGAGED IN SOLID MINERAL EXPLORATION SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION.
