THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to Decree No. 49/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to Decree No. 171/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 29, 2004 of the Government stipulating the organization of specialized agencies under the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities;
Pursuant to Circular Joint Circular No. 11/2005/TTLT-BYT-BNV dated April 12, 2005 of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Home Affairs guiding the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of specialized agencies assisting the People's Committee in state management of health at the local level;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department and the Director of the Treatment Department of the Ministry of Health,
DECISION:
Article 1hereby promulgates attached to this Decision:Regulations on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Endocrine Center of provinces and centrally governed cities”.
Article 2This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations that conflict with the provisions of this Decision are abolished.
Article 3The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, Directors of the Treatment Department, Directors of the Health Departments of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
