THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/ND-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to the Electricity Law dated December 3, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 105/2005/ND-CP dated August 17, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Electricity Law;
At the proposal of the Director of the Electricity Regulatory Authority and the Head of the Legal Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates the "Technical Requirements for Electrical Energy Measuring Equipment for Power Plants."
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Inspectorate, Departments, Bureaus under the Ministry, Provincial Industrial Departments of centrally governed cities and provinces, Vietnam Electricity Corporation, and organizations and individuals engaged in electricity activities shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
