THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS

Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;

Pursuant to Decree No. 117/2003/NĐ-CP dated October 10, 2003 of the Government on the recruitment, utilization, and management of officials and civil servants in state agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 50/2005/NĐ-CP dated April 11, 2005 of the Government on civil enforcement management agencies, civil enforcement agencies, and civil servants engaged in civil enforcement work;

After consultation with the Minister of Justice and the Minister of National Defense;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Civil Servant and Public Official Department;

DECISION:

Article 1. Issuing job classification codes for civil enforcement examiners to implement personnel management in accordance with the law, including:

12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Government Agencies, and Chairpersons of Provincial People's Committees directly under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
