On the basis of the Goods Trade Agreement within the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation between the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the Republic of Korea signed officially in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on August 24, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP of the Government dated January 16, 2004 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;
At the proposal of the Director of the Import-Export Department,
DECISION:
Article 1.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Import-Export Department, the Heads of relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
