Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 113/2003/NĐ-CP dated October 7, 2003 of the Government on the management of fertilizer production and business;
The Ministry of Industry supplements Clause 2, Section II of Circular No. 05/2005/TT-BCN dated October 31, 2005 of the Ministry of Industry guiding the implementation of Decree No. 113/2003/NĐ-CP dated October 7, 2003 of the Government on the management of fertilizer production and business as follows:
- Other superphosphate with added medium elements:
+ Effective P content ≥ 8%;2O5 + Total medium element content ≥ 8%;
+ Moisture content ≤ 12%".
Humidity ≤ 12%".
This Circular shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette./.
