THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Regulations on the System of Criteria and Standards for Quality Assessment of Vocational College Institutions are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of central agencies under the Government, Heads of central bodies of political-social organizations having affiliated vocational college institutions; Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities; Directors of Departments of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of provinces and centrally governed cities, Director of the Office of the Ministry, General Directors of the General Department of Vocational Training, Heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
