BASED ON THE PRIME MINISTER’S DECISION NO. 63/2007/QD-TTg OF MAY 10, 2007 ON THE FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE STATE SECURITIES COMMISSION;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSALS OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE STATE SECURITIES COMMISSION AND THE HEAD OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT;
ISSUES HEREBY ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION THE REGULATIONS ON THE DUTIES, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE DEPARTMENTS, OFFICES, REPRESENTATIVE OFFICES AND INSPECTION BUREAU OF THE STATE SECURITIES COMMISSION.
DECISION:
Article 1. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE AND SHALL REPLACE THE DECISION NO. 3595/QD-BTC OF NOVEMBER 4, 2004 OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON THE DUTIES, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE DEPARTMENTS, OFFICES AND INSPECTION BUREAU UNDER THE STATE SECURITIES COMMISSION.
Article 2. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE STATE SECURITIES COMMISSION, THE HEAD OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, THE HEAD OF THE FINANCE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE’S OFFICE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
Article 3. The Chairman of the State Securities Commission, the Head of the Organization and Cadres Department, the Head of the Finance and Administrative Management Department, and the Director of the Ministry of Finance’s Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
