Pursuant to Law No. 22/2004/QH11 dated June 15, 2004 on Inspection;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 3, 2006 of the Government on the organization and operation of Health Inspectors;Pursuant to Decree No. 100/2007/NĐ-CP dated June 13, 2007 of the Government on inspectors and inspection associates;
Pursuant to Circular Joint No. 42/2006/TTLT-BTC-TTCP dated May 15, 2006 of the Ministry of Finance and the Government Inspectorate guiding the establishment, management, utilization, and settlement of funds ensuring the activities of state inspection agencies;
Pursuant to Circular Joint No. 150/2007/TTLT-BTC-TTCP dated December 14, 2007 of the Ministry of Finance and the Government Inspectorate guiding the management and distribution of uniforms for inspectors and staff of state inspection agencies;
At the proposal of the Head of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Health,
This Decision hereby promulgates the "Model Uniforms, Insignia, Rank Badges, and Inspection Signs for Health Inspectors" attached hereto.
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 2. The Director of the Office, the Head of the Inspectorate, the Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, and Heads of units directly under the Ministry of Health; Directors of Provincial and Municipal Health Services under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Inspector General, the Heads of Departments, the Directors of Bureaus, and the Heads of units directly under the Ministry of Health; the Provincial Department of Health Directors, and the Municipal Department of Health Directors under the direct jurisdiction of the central government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
