CIRCULAR

Regarding the promulgation of the List of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs up to December 31 2009 that have ceased to be legally effective

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Documents dated June 3, 2008;

Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2009/NĐ-CP dated March 5, 2009 detailing and providing implementation measures for the Law on Legislative Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government regarding the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;

The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs hereby promulgates the List of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs up to December 31, 2009 that have ceased to be legally effective as follows:

Article 1. This Circular attaches the List of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs as the main issuing body or in collaboration with other bodies up to December 31, 2009 that have ceased to be legally effective.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from March 1, 2010.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and organizations and units under the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs are responsible for implementing this Circular.
