CIRCULAR
Issuing National Technical Regulations on Occupational Safety
in Quarrying and Processing Stone

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Circular No. 23/2007/TT-BKHCN dated September 28, 2007 of the Ministry of Science and Technology guiding the development, review, and issuance of technical regulations;
After receiving the review comments from the Ministry of Science and Technology at Document No. 3321/BKHCN dated December 21, 2011, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues the National Technical Regulation on Occupational Safety in Quarrying and Processing Stone as follows:
Article 1. Provisions on the Technical Regulation
1. Name of the regulation: National Technical Regulation on Occupational Safety in Quarrying and Processing Stone.
2. Code: QCVN 05 : 2012/BLDTBXH
Article 2. Effective Date
The National Technical Regulation on Occupational Safety in Quarrying and Processing Stone shall take effect from July 1, 2012.
Article 3. Implementation Organization
1. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of Provincial People's Committees, and Municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government are responsible for implementing the provisions of this Circular.
2. In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals should report them to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for consideration and resolution./.
