Circular No. 02/2019/TT-BNNPTNT promulgates the List of traditional animal feed products and single ingredients permitted for circulation in Vietnam.

CIRCULAR

ISSUING THE LIST OF FEED PRODUCTS ACCORDING TO CUSTOM AND SINGLE INGREDIENTS PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM

and the permitted single ingredients for circulation in Vietnam

 Pursuant to Decree No. 15/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 39/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017 of the Government on feed management and aquaculture;

Pursuant to Decree No. 123/2018/NĐ-CP dated September 17, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain Decrees on investment and business conditions in the agriculture sector;

Pursuant to Decree No. 123/2018/NĐ-CP dated September 17, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain Decrees stipulating conditions for investment and business in the agricultural sector;

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues the Circular promulgating the List At the proposal of the Director of the Livestock Production Department,

Article 1. Scope of Regulation

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues this Circular issuing the List of feed products according to custom and single ingredients permitted for circulation in Vietnam.

This Circular annexes the List of feed products according to custom and single ingredients permitted for circulation in Vietnam, including:

1. The List of feed products according to custom permitted for circulation in Vietnam.

Article 2. Applicability

2. The List of single ingredient products used as feed permitted for circulation in Vietnam.

Article 3. Effectiveness

This Circular applies to organizations and individuals engaged in trading and using feed on the territory of Vietnam.

1. This Circular takes effect from February 11, 2019.

Article 4. Transitional Provisions

2. Abolish Circular No. 26/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 25, 2012 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issuing the Temporary List of feed for livestock and poultry permitted for circulation in Vietnam.

Article 5. Responsibilities for Implementation

Feed products not included in the List prescribed in Article 1 of this Circular that have been accepted for registration and quality confirmation inspection by the competent authority before the effective date of this Circular shall continue to be subject to quality confirmation inspection in accordance with Decree No. 39/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017 of the Government on feed management and aquaculture.

1. The Director of the Livestock Production Department and heads of relevant units, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
