CIRCULAR
ISSUING REGULATIONS ON ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR FUEL CONSUMPTION OF MARINE PUBLIC SERVICE VESSELS OF PORT AUTHORITIES
Pursuant to the Vietnam Maritime Code No. 95/2015/QH13 dated November 25, 2015;
WHEREAS, Law on Management and Use of State Property No. 15/2017/QH14 dated June 21, 2017;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 58/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 10, 2017 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Maritime Code of Vietnam on management of maritime activities;
Pursuant to Decree No. 151/2017/NĐ-CP dated December 26, 2017 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Management and Use of State Property;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 10, 2017, issued by the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
IN RESPONSE TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM MARITIME ADMINISTRATION;
THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR FUEL CONSUMPTION OF MARINE PUBLIC SERVICE VESSELS OF PORT AUTHORITIES.
Article 1.
ATTACHED HERETO ARE THE ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR FUEL CONSUMPTION OF MARINE PUBLIC SERVICE VESSELS OF PORT AUTHORITIES.
Article 2.
Effectiveness
1. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM APRIL 15, 2020.
2. ABOLISH THE REGULATIONS ON ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR PUBLIC SERVICE VESSELS MANAGED AND USED BY PORT AUTHORITIES THAT PARTICIPATE IN MARITIME SEARCH AND RESCUE OPERATIONS AS PROVIDED IN CIRCULAR NO. 93/2015/TT-BGTVT DATED DECEMBER 31, 2015 OF THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION ON ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR FUEL CONSUMPTION OF WATERBORNE VESSELS PARTICIPATING IN MARITIME SEARCH AND RESCUE OPERATIONS.

THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF THE MINISTRY’S DEPARTMENTS, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM MARITIME ADMINISTRATION, THE DIRECTORS OF PORT AUTHORITIES, THE HEADS OF ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS CIRCULAR ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS ENFORCEMENT./.
