• Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and government-affiliated agencies must comply with the List of Place Names, Topographic and Hydrographic Features, and Socio-Economic Elements issued together with this Circular (Article 1).
• This Circular takes effect from June 15, 2020 (Article 2).
• Organizations and individuals involved in surveying and mapping tasks for Dak Nong Province must comply with the provisions of this Circular.
• The Department of Civil Service Affairs and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dak Nong Province are responsible for coordinating with relevant agencies to implement the List of Place Names as prescribed (Article 3).
• The Legal Drafting Inspection Agency under the Ministry of Justice and units directly affiliated with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment's Electronic Information Portal shall be responsible for storing and disseminating this Circular.
