Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated June 19, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Administration dated November 22, 2019;

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam dated June 16, 2010;

Pursuant to the Law on Credit Institutions dated June 16, 2010, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Credit Institutions dated November 20, 2017;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 78/2002/NĐ-CP dated October 4, 2002 on credit for the poor and other policy beneficiaries;

At the proposal of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam;

The Prime Minister promulgates this Decision amending and supplementing certain articles of Decision No. 28/2015/QD-TTg dated July 21, 2015 on credit for newly poverty-exited households.

Article 1. Amend Clause 1 of Article 10 of Decision No. 28/2015/QD-TTg dated July 21, 2015 on credit for newly poverty-exited households

Delete the time limit "and shall be implemented until December 31, 2020."

Article 2. Implementation

The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, Chairpersons of the Council of Management and General Directors of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies are responsible for implementing this Decision.

Article 3. Effectiveness

This Decision takes effect from March 30, 2021.
