Issuing "National Technical Regulation on Structure and Data Format for Connecting, Integrating, and Sharing Data Among Information Reporting Systems in the National Information Reporting System"
pursuant to Decree No. 249/2007/ND-CP of the Government detailing implementation of certain articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
pursuant to Decree No. 01/2019/ND-CP of the Government regarding reporting regulations for administrative state agencies;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Law on Information Technology dated June 29, 2006;
Decree No. Decision No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP August 1, 2007, of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Decree No. 78/2018/NĐ-CP May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. Decision No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP The Minister of Information and Communications issues this Circular to stipulate the National Technical Regulation on structure and data format for connecting, integrating, and sharing data among information reporting systems in the National Information Reporting System.
Decree No. 09/2019/NĐ-CP Along with this Circular, the National Technical Regulation on structure and data format for connecting, integrating, and sharing data among information reporting systems in the National Information Reporting System (QCVN 125:2021/BTTTT) is issued.
Decree No. Resolution No. 17/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
The Heads of the Office, Department of Science and Technology, Directorate for Informationization, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Information and Communications, Directors of Provincial Departments of Information and Communications, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
Article 1. - Specialized units for Information Technology of Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and agencies under the Government;
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2022.
Article 3. - Specialized units for Information Technology of the Central Office of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Office of the President, Office of the National Assembly, Supreme People's Court, Supreme People's Procuracy, State Audit Agency;
