BASED ON THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS dated June 29, 2006;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 127/2007/NĐ-CP AUGUST 1, 2007 DETAILING IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS AND GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 78/2018/NĐ-CP MAY 16, 2018 AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 127/2007/NĐ-CP;
Pursuant to Decree No. 52/2022/NĐ-CP dated August 8, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT,
THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO ISSUE THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON NATURAL CONDITION DATA USED IN CONSTRUCTION.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS QCVN 02:2022/BXD NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON NATURAL CONDITION DATA USED IN CONSTRUCTION.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT SIX MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE AND REPEAL CIRCULAR NO. 29/2009/TT-BXD AUGUST 14, 2009 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION TO ISSUE QCVN 02:2009/BXD NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON NATURAL CONDITION DATA USED IN CONSTRUCTION.
Article 3THE MINISTER, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES, CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE CENTRAL AUTHORITY, AND ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCEMENT OF THIS CIRCULAR./
