DECISION
Regarding the issuance of leather footwear industry standards
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 141/HĐBT dated August 24, 1982 of the Council of Ministers (now the Government) promulgating the Regulations on Standardization Work;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Technology Management and Product Quality,
Pursuant to …;
Article 1. Attached to this Decision is 01 industry standard concerning leather products - production and domestic consumption:
- 24 TCN 82-2000: General-purpose shoe hat leather.
This standard shall take effect and be recommended for application from February 1, 2000.
Article 2. The Director of the Department of Technology Management and Product Quality shall be responsible for guiding the implementation of this Decision.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, heads of relevant departments, General Director of the Vietnam Leather-Shoe Corporation, and leather footwear production and trading enterprises nationwide are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
