Regarding the issuance of the Operating Regulations of Bach Ma National Park
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decision No. 214/CT dated July 15, 1991 of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers, now the Prime Minister, approving the economic and technical justification for Bach Ma National Park;
Pursuant to Decision No. 73/1999QĐ-BNN-TCCB dated May 5, 1999 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of Bach Ma National Park;
Considering the proposal of the Director of Bach Ma National Park at Report No. 97TT/VQG dated August 16, 1999;
At the proposal of the Head of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department.

Article 1:Now hereby promulgates the Operating Regulations of Bach Ma National Park attached hereto.
Article 2:This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
