Regarding the promulgation of the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Election of Deputies to the National Assembly
PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM YEAR
WHEREAS EDUCATION concerning Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam 1992;
Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 50 of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;
NOW PROMULGATE:
Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Election of Deputies to the National Assembly;
Passed by the Tenth Session of the Xth National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on December 25, 2001./.
