REGARDING THE TRANSFORMATION OF MAO KHE MECHANICAL PLANT INTO A SUBSIDIARY ACCOUNTING UNIT OF MAO KHE COAL COMPANY
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
BASED ON THE CIRCULAR NO. 1189/CP-DMDN DATED DECEMBER 31, 2001 OF THE GOVERNMENT PRIME MINISTER APPROVING THE REORGANIZATION PLAN FOR PRODUCTION OF SOME AFFILIATE UNITS OF VIETNAM NATIONAL COAL CORPORATION;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT OF VIETNAM NATIONAL COAL CORPORATION (CIRCULAR NO. 2501/CV-HĐQT DATED OCTOBER 10, 2001) AND THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CADRES DEPARTMENT.
DECISION:
Article 1. TRANSFORM MAO KHE MECHANICAL PLANT, AN INDEPENDENT ACCOUNTING UNIT OF VIETNAM NATIONAL COAL CORPORATION, INTO A SUBSIDIARY ACCOUNTING UNIT OF MAO KHE COAL COMPANY, AN INDEPENDENT ACCOUNTING UNIT OF VIETNAM NATIONAL COAL CORPORATION.
Article 2. THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF VIETNAM NATIONAL COAL CORPORATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ORGANIZING THE TRANSFER IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT STATE REGULATIONS AND THE CHARTER OF VIETNAM NATIONAL COAL CORPORATION.
THE TRANSFER DATA SHALL BE CALCULATED AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2001 AND COMBINED IN THE 2001 FINANCIAL REPORT OF MAO KHE COAL COMPANY.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous documents that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, THE DEPARTMENT HEADS, THE CIRCULAR HEADS, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT AND THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF VIETNAM NATIONAL COAL CORPORATION, THE DIRECTOR OF MAO KHE MECHANICAL PLANT AND THE DIRECTOR OF MAO KHE COAL COMPANY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
