Regarding the establishment of the Information Technology Center under the State Audit Agency

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 70/CP dated July 11, 1994 of the Government on the establishment of the State Audit Agency;
At the proposal of the Chief State Auditor and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Committee of the Government,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Information Technology Center under the State Audit Agency shall be established.
Article 2. The Chief State Auditor shall specify the tasks, powers, and specific organizational structure of the Information Technology Center.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
The Chief State Auditor and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Committee of the Government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
