Approving the Prime Minister's proposal on the appointment of Deputy Prime Ministers, Ministers, and other members of the Government
THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Article 84 and Article 114 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the 10th National Assembly, 10th session; Article 20 of the Law on the Organization of the Government; Article 84 of the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly and Resolution No. 02/2002/QH11 of the 11th National Assembly, first session regarding the list of ministries and ministerial-level agencies of the Government;
Based on the Minutes confirming the results of the National Assembly's vote to approve the Prime Minister's proposal on the appointment of Deputy Prime Ministers, Ministers, and other members of the Government on August 7, 2002;
