BASED ON THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL REGULATORY DOCUMENTS dated November 12, 1996;
BASED ON DECREE 50/CP dated June 21, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Fisheries;
BASED ON DECISION 770/QÐ-BTS dated October 3, 2002 establishing the Review and Legal Regulatory Document Systematization Board of the Fisheries Sector;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSALS OF THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION AND STAFF AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT - LABOR, AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT - CHAIRMAN OF THE REVIEW AND LEGAL REGULATORY DOCUMENT SYSTEMATIZATION BOARD OF THE FISHERIES SECTOR,
DECISION:
Article 1: REMOVING FROM THE LIST OF EXPIRED DOCUMENTS ATTACHED TO DECISION 01/2003/QÐ-BTS DATED FEBRUARY 13, 2003 THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENT:
DECISION 552 TS/QÐ DATED NOVEMBER 11, 1997 OF THE MINISTER OF FISHERIES ON THE ISSUANCE OF THE RANKING STANDARDS FOR SKILLED WORKERS IN THE FISHERIES INDUSTRY.
THE ABOVE MENTIONED DOCUMENT STILL REMAINS IN EFFECT.
Article 2: This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3: THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE; HEADS OF ALL DEPARTMENTS, BUREAUS, INSPECTION SERVICES OF THE MINISTRY OF FISHERIES, SUBORDINATE UNITS OF THE MINISTRY OF FISHERIES, AND DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE FISHERIES SERVICES, PROVINCE AGRICULTURAL AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES (WITH FISHERIES MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY) SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
