THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Pursuant to the Law on Enactment of Legal Regulatory Documents dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Enactment of Legal Regulatory Documents dated December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Decree No. 28/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department and the Head of the Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology,
DECISION:
Article 1. Abolish Decision No. 38/2004/QĐ-BKHCN dated December 28, 2004 regarding the amendment and supplementation of Decision No. 28/2004/QĐ-BKHCN on the method for determining the rate of domestic content for automobiles issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology on October 1, 2004
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Director of the Legal Department, the Head of the Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Heads of units, and related organizations shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
