THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
On the basis of Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
On the basis of Decree No. 27/CP dated April 20, 1995 of the Government on the management, production, supply, and use of industrial explosives;
On the basis of Circular No. 02/2005/TT-BCT dated March 29, 2005 of the Ministry of Industry guiding the management of production, business supply, and use of industrial explosives;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The "List of Permitted Industrial Explosives for Production and Use in Vietnam" is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate, the Directors of the Departments, the Heads of Units under the Ministry, the Directors of Provincial Industry Services, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
