THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION

Pursuant to the Road Traffic Law No. 26/2001/QH10 dated June 29, 2001;

Pursuant to the Quality of Goods Ordinance No. 18/1999/PL-UBTVQH10 dated December 24, 1999;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department and the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency,

DECISION:

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE INDUSTRY STANDARDS:

"MECHANIZED TRAFFIC EQUIPMENT ON ROADS - SUSPENSION SYSTEM OF MOTOR VEHICLES - METHOD FOR DETERMINING NATURAL FREQUENCY AND DAMPING RATIO". Registration number: 22 TCN 336 - 06

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Directors of the Science and Technology Department and Legal Affairs Department, the Directors of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency and the Vietnam Highway Administration, the Directors of the Departments of Transport/Transport Public Services, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
