BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 36/2003/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 4, 2003, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT;
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued along with this decision is one Vietnamese Construction Standard:
TCXDVN 363 : 2006 "Reinforced concrete structures - Evaluation of the durability of flexural structural components on construction projects using static load testing methods"
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Department Heads of Science and Technology, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision. /.
