PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 30/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of National Defense in Official Letter No. 4153/BQP dated August 18, 2005, and the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Report No. 11006/TTr-BGD&ĐT dated November 28, 2005,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Air Force Officer School under the Ministry of National Defense is assigned the task of training bachelor's degree level.
The bachelor's degree diploma of the Air Force Officer School is part of the national education system's diplomas.
Article 2. The objectives, contents, and training programs for bachelor's degree level at the Air Force Officer School shall be decided by the Minister of National Defense after consultation with the Minister of Education and Training.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, and Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees and municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
