WHEREAS, Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam 1992, as amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the 10th National Assembly, 10th Session;
Pursuant to Article 91 of the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly;
WHEREAS, Article 50 of the Law on Legislative Documents;
NOW PROMULGATE
LAW AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ARTICLE 73 OF THE LAW ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
WAS APPROVED BY THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM AT ITS 11TH SESSION, 11TH NATIONAL ASSEMBLY ON APRIL 2, 2007.
